William DeGaetano is a Registered Nurse with over thirty years of experience across acute renal care, intensive care, and geriatrics — specialties that sit at the intersection of crisis intervention and long-term wellbeing. Over the course of his career, William witnessed a pattern play out again and again: excellent medical interventions pulling people back from the brink of illness that, in many cases, never needed to happen in the first place.
That realization became the foundation for Coffee and Peppers. William founded the business to close that gap before it opens, blending the rigor of traditional clinical standards with a proactive, adaptable mindset centered on cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal strength, and neuroendocrine stability. His guiding philosophy is simple: "Lifespan is key, Healthspan is Everything."
